Chris Irk is an experienced attorney licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.  ​Since beginning his legal career in 2009, he has focused on representing mortgage servicers in residential foreclosure, building court matters, and REO transactions.  He has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate law, including foreclosure, litigation, evictions, and real estate closings.  Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Chris efficiently navigates complex real estate and property issues while ensuring compliance with state and local requirements.

Cory Harris is an accomplished attorney licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.  His practice focuses on representing creditors in foreclosure, evictions, administrative housing code, and REO matters.  Since joining Wirbicki Law Group in 2011, Cory has developed broad experience in residential and commercial real estate law, which he leverages to effectively serve the firm's growing client base.  His work includes contested foreclosure actions, title disputes, real estate closings, and default litigation involving discovery, dispositive motions, mediations, and appeals.
